Our professional outside bar hire service includes all necessary equipment along with highly experienced bartenders. Make It Perfect is able to cater to all tastes for any occasion from weddings to private bashes to corporate events. We pay close attention to the needs of each individual customer so we can make their dreams a reality! The company arranges for alcohol licenses (as long as this is completed at least 12 days in advance) as well as providing glassware, a carefully tailored drinks menu, fridges and staff. We’re happy to liaise with wedding or event planners, venues and private clients to ensure a smooth and seamless outdoor bar service.

A bar. It should be straightforward, you would think! To most of your guests it will simply be an area to place drinks on and that’s all there is to it. But at Make It Perfect we believe it should be more than just the spot to collect your drink and go. Our prerogative is to style the bar to meet your needs more closely – to bamboozle with LED lighting, show elegance with rustic wood or give a sense of depth using a mirrored front. Our classic outdoor bars are provided to you in a vast array of designs, scales and configurations.
Your event will almost certainly need a bar. Whether you hire an outside bar or stay indoors, it makes sense that it should match the theme of the day as intricately as possible. Why not have a shipwreck serving rum laced nitrogen ice cream, for example? Or perhaps an other-worldly bar where the cocktails are vaporised into a luscious mist so that your guests can inhale it like an alcoholic shisha? We work with individuals, event agencies and esteemed international brands to build fantastical bar installations. You dream up a situation and we’ll make it happen for you.
We have it all covered. Charming flutes, wild coupes and wine glasses in all shapes, sizes and appropriate for any event. Make It Perfect offers specialty shot glasses, 007-esque Martini glasses, robust tumblers and hi-balls. We have access to more customised, ideal for the occasion glassware than your guests can shake a cocktail stick at. When you’ve made your decision, we’ll pack our items with loving care, ready for collection or delivery. When the party’s over and it’s time to return it, we’ll collect. That’s right - you won’t even need to load the dishwasher.

50/50 BAR
Cover a certain amount of drinks to be served - then your guests pay for the rest.
DRY RENTAL BAR
Provide your own alcohol. Just rent out the equipment and outdoor bar from Make It Perfect.
FREE BAR
Ideal for corporate bashes or weddings. Simply pay the tab at the end of the night.
CASH BAR
We lay on everything, including staff and glassware. But your guests pay their own bill.
