Starter

Farmhouse pork terrine, rich tomato chutney, bitter leaves and toasted sourdough

Crown of asparagus wrapped in Parma ham, soft poached hen eggs served with Hollandaise

Selection of warm sea salt and rosemary focaccia and toasted flat breads served mezze style with houmous dips, Mediterranean olives, sundried tomatoes, roasted whole garlic and various dipping oils (v)

Lincolnshire scotch egg with a soft yolk, sage and onion breadcrumbs, apple puree and mixed leaves with a mustard grain dressing

Warm goat's cheese salad with baby spinach leaves, sun dried cherry tomatoes,

orange segments, roasted baby beets and a fresh mint & pomegranate dressing (v)

Wild mushroom soup with a tarragon and truffle creme fraiche, served with a hot baked white roll & butter (v)

Beef Carpaccio with blue cheese watercress salad

Rack of Lincolnshire lamb, crushed new potatoes, capers, tender leaf broccoli, pancetta and mint jus

Sweet potato veloute with herb gnocchi with rosemary and shallots, roasted mushrooms with wild rocket and Parmesan (v)

Pan fried fillet of Scottish salmon, buttered jersey royals, braised baby gem, peas, broad beans, pancetta and a white wine and herb sauce

We have a fantastic and varied menu choice that can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. With transparency being a key element of our business, we have set out THREE guideline menus with a price per person quotation.

These should provide you with a general idea of what we can achieve for a given ‘price point’, however, as we provide a tailored service, all menu prices are naturally subject to change based on your specific requirements - we will always be clear and upfront if this is the case.

Bearing all of this in mind, please note that you do not have to stick with one menu, you can pick and mix between them all AND you can ‘add to’ i.e. add canapés or offer your guests more menu choices per course– it really is up to you. Please note that there will be a cost increase for any significant alterations to the menus outlined below.  

Please also note that these menus are purely to give you an idea of what we can provide, we would be more than happy to discuss alternative menu suggestions, based on your preferences. Please take a look at our ‘sample menus’ for inspiration!
